| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

He maybe a good addition to the club mate heard some good things about Cravatt and Watson as well. This time next year we could be in the Premier League

We are not spending what we haven't got which is the correct way to go. Let's wait and see what investments they can attract, and how they run the club

I would rather wait and see how it pans out. Some people who are paid a lot of money sometimes generate revenue far beyond the expenditure. We seem to be restructuring on and off the field, we can only hope it all pays dividends.

| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

This has proven to be correct. The US people are queuing up to join UK football teams after the huge impact of "Welcome to Wrexham". They are not super wealthy but a group of pretty well-off people looking to enjoy the ride, understanding their cash is in the "very high risk" category. . The EPL is now "sexy". The US people have had their ass handed to them on a plate in PR terms by local Welsh nobodies tapping in to pseudo bible bashing rhetoric and using the ignorance and financial naivety of the fan base. "Judas" "sellouts" "pieces of silver" "hedge fund" "asset stripping" "Siphoning of funds" "they will be gone when the parachutes end" . "administration is part of the plan". At the same time the Trust it appears have no plans to mitigate against inflation. They have existed in the era of sub 3% inflation. Those days are over. If they cannot invest they should shut down otherwise they will wither on the vine. These dim fans used to think giving £10m of the owners money to the useless Trust and £10m to London financial services companies in fees was a good idea. Some still do. Incredible. "Yanks out - Operation fear" has worked for many fans. The new fellow if he is joining the staff will have to work and earn his corn. Levein and co did not employ Coleman to waste their money.

The Trust represent the fans whether you like it or not. A narrow minded mentality still dominates the thinking of the people posting on the forum and this thread. New investors are still seen as pigs feeding in the trough. This is a fake characterisation. It is cultural. The Hollywood guys at Wrexham are great. The Swansea folk are "exploiting" our club. Playing golf with the club paying them £15k a week. One poster said their investment looked like a "Pyramid scheme". These schemes are criminal and illegal carrying very long prison sentences. Why post such things? Investment is good right?

I'm with you. Don't moan about something unless it is clearly bad. We have to wait and see what these people can do. Give them a chance and if they screw up, then jump on them. Personally, reading the positive stuff about these guys, I like the idea of us returning to being a very well run club.

Got no interest in the Trust was always a member was at the Patti pavilion when it was formed. But no longer a member stopped my membership the day after they went against the majority. Not that I was particularly bothered but no point having a trust or union if you ignore the members. But going back why keep harping on about the trust on every thread a bit pointless really as are the Trust now.

It should be evident even to the dimmest member that investment started (issuing new shares) soon after the legal matter was settled. This is logic. No one would buy new shares until legal threat had gone. That is why they had the Convertible loan note as it offered a back door quick exit if required. (Giving the club money without committing it). In my opinion if the views of the members were honoured the CLN would be withdrawn. The Trust should have asked the members for a contribution of say £500 each held in a separate account. Investors like Silverstein would have bailed out and a fire sale conducted. The matter would drag for years and may be the Trust would have gone bankrupt. The Trust of 2015-2022 took a confrontational approach to the Owners instead of a consensual approach. (consensus would have involved selling some their share at the top of the market like every one else did). This confrontational approach relied on the consensus that the US owners were less than ideal and of questionable intentions. This philosophy persists. One suggested on the weekend on this forum they looked to be practising in a highly criminal manner. ( a pyramid scheme) Others are suggesting they are milking the club by placing mates on the board to milk the club plying golf while getting paid £15,000 a week to play the Langland bay course. The Trust 2014 -2022 legacy lives on in many fans and posters on here.
