The guy is called Loui Ridi, an American millionaire. He recently attempted to behead an Israeli goat herder with a garden hoe. Footage is online if anyone really wants to see it. Fortunately Israeli security were able to save the shepherd's life. He built his compound, or home, for Palestinian youths to attack the jews.
