OS : Swansea City Under-21s are back in Premier League Cup action this evening as they travel to face Colchester United in the last 16 of the competition at the JobServe Community Stadium (7pm).
The Swans qualified for the knockout stages with one game of the group stage remaining following wins over Millwall and Wolverhampton Wanderers, plus a draw against section winners Nottingham Forest.

Plenty, let them do their normal bias reporting on Cardiff, the Swans have some real talent, big thing now is let’s see them progress. Popham and Perry still have contracts that finish on March 12th. Dig in Swansea get them signed. | |

A Swansea City team were there in tracksuits with coaches etc. some of them had first team squad numbers on the tracksuits. One of the coaches said there were a Swansea “ Development “ team so I assumed they were on the way to a London club? Do we have an under 21s plus development squad ? |  |

Could have been the u16 side, not reported on by the OS but they played Wales u16 schools a week or so ago. Maybe a bit more. We have so many age grade sides (possibly another 7) it’s a shame the OS isn't more driven to report on them.
