The frustration and continual angst when watching Swansea City became a bit too much for some Swans fans after the defeat on penalties to West Bromwich Albion this afternoon. Having dominated a game they could have won by three or four goals at least - chance after chance was spurned.

Very frustrating to lose like that but a lot of positives for me. We aren’t a million miles away from being a very good side. Just lack that killer instinct. So many chances fluffed again but earlier in the season we wouldn’t have had those chances in the first place so we are definitely moving in the right direction.

Couldn’t agree more!

When Matos got here, the general consensus was he would need a bit of time to put his stamp on the team.

He’s tightened us up at the back.
He’s now got us to the stage where we’re creating chances. We had plenty yesterday and both the goals came from decent moves.
Being more clinical will hopefully be the next step.

The finishing was off, but I thought we generally played well and the game was entertaining.
