We stayed in the Protur Bonaire as we took my 13 year old ( Going on 23 )grandaughter for her birthday, but unfortunately it focused on toddlers to 8 year olds, hence spending a lot of time at The Marina. Great hotel if you've got young kids mind |

Heartbreaking, went there the day it opened and countless hundreds of times after, it was luxury after having used Clydach baths with the school. My kids and my grandkids also learnt to swim in Ponty Baths |

I can vouch for that. My season is in the East, in the safe standing area. However, as my 9 year old grandson is slowly changing his allegiance from Man City to the Swans and there are no seats spare around me, I swap my seat on a match to match basis( I don't want to give my seat up and he can only make weekend games) to exactly the same seat in the North West so I can take him. The atmosphere there is equally as good as the East |

On your last point, I was in Gran Canaria this week and watched and enjoyed the Blackburn game over there. Yesterday, after getting back, I had received an E Mail off the club asking if there was any particular reason, as a season ticket holder, why I had not attended on Tuesday night and if it was because of any reason of dissatisfaction would I like to comment on how to improve things.
So firstly, do they actually count non attending ST holders in their attendance figures and secondly is this something the Ospreys should be doing to existing, previous and potential ST holders to help improve gates |

Flew into Malaga from Cardiff last week,first time I've used it for years, lovely 6.30 am flight times,check in, security and passport control an absolute pleasure, plenty of room to sit and no queues for coffee or drinks, holiday price on a par with Bristol
Booked to go to Gran Canaria in January from Cardiff again, lovely early flight times and believe it or not 70 quid pp cheaper than Bristol |

Lost 2 and half stone in the last 6 weeks Steve, no bread, spuds or anything fattening, booze gone which was very difficult as you know I like a drink, walking a mile with the dog in the morning, another mile over the beach with the dog in the evening and a mile in the gym on the machines. First stone or so quite easy as I was massively overweight, but its more of a struggle now, another 2 stone to go hopefully, 1 of them before retirement August 1st |

On a positive note, I went to Morriston A+E this morning at 3.20am with severe breathing problems
I was in Triage by 3.45 having blood pressure and ECG tests, back to Triage at 4.30 for bloods and canulla fitted, blood results and chest x ray by 5.30 and in bed in a makeshift ward in A+E (12 beds in an 8 cubicle ward) where I was diagnosed with exacerbation of COPD
Straight onto heart monitor, blood gas and BP taken hourly and Nebuliser every 3 hours along with medication via drip
Back home by 6pm feeling a lot better, staff were incredible
On this occasion (And most in my experience) well done Morriston A+E |

TBH only watched the game because Rhos FC Girls under 12s were the mascots, including my grandaughter, but thoroughly enjoyed the game |

My missus watches the omnibus episode without fail, doesn't speak a word of Welsh and uses subtitles, has done for over 20 years and absolutely loves it,even watches it on I Player on holiday, she doesn't watch any other soaps.
My mother, who is first language Welsh also watches it, (not as often as my missus) and has appeared in it as an extra a few times |
