To put things into perspective, chelsea have 31 players they could call on in their full squad and 22 players out on loan and on as bad a run of for as we are.
How many players did RM have in his full squad to take to Luton yesterday. 2 or 3 injuries and a couple of suspensions and I reckon the team will pick itself |

When they took over we were at our most valuable and possibly most successful. They have now taken away that value completely. However you want to look at it they have taken that value out of the club. If we were sold today the differential in value would be huge.
No other owners have taken away so much in value.
If you don't maintain your assets they lose value and they've failed to do that since they took over.
If people don't think they've taken anything away from the club then that's up to them but quite simply I do |

You don't get it...... they bought the club at point where it was most successful, our assets were at their most valuable, and just like a stock market crash they've turned our value into almost nothing in comparison. Now that to me is taking everything out of our club compared to what we had and in terms of value no other owners have done that |

You have to admit, as much as it is hard to defend RM, it is equally hard to defend most of the players after our recent performances. I don't see a single voice or any passion on that pitch and we seriously need a captain with a voice. And if RM is still here picking the side for Monday he would do well to take the captaincy from Grimes. |

That's fine if it's discussed sensibly. The national news don't make jokes about it though. Unfortunately some people can't comment without mocking or making silly immature comments. Sometimes it's better not to have such discussions. There's a young family who have lost their mum and people make ridiculous comments and suggestions? It's not acceptable at any level |

Exactly my point, no matter what manager, good or bad, they all leave for the exact same reason. It's not the lack of ambition from the managers or wanting to improve, it all stops with the owners and their lack of trust in the manager and ambition for the club.
I don't believe any manager will ever stay at our club no matter how well we are performing because eventually there is a breakdown in communication.
Steve Cooper was good enough to get us automatic promotion if the club had trusted him and allowed him to strengthen how he wanted to. I'm sure he'd have taken us up under different owners.
As for who would replace Martin? Does it really matter who until these ridiculous owners leave our club. |

The manager clearly isn't the problem. There's a common denominator here and each manager we have had for the past 7 years has had the same issues with that common denominator. So, if you think changing the manager will be any different crack on. |

It would be incredibly stupid replacing RM at this stage. I can't see anyone doing any better with this squad and someone new coming in could send us down with Billy Smarts Circus up the road. I'd rather see the season out with him and see if the yanks put some money on the table to rebuild. If they don't invest then I don't see any manager making much of a difference. He's been a manager for just 3 years, I wish young managers were given more of a chance to learn from their mistakes, gain some experience and improve and grow with the same club for more than just one or two seasons.
I particularly enjoyed the first half today. The second half was poor, not one substitute that came on second half made any impact at all. |
