If we lose the game I think TF should start looking for a replacement.
If we draw I think he should carry on and try to beat Villa . We need 4 point from these two home games to bring us almost half way to a target of 17-18 after Burnley.
Expecting a stand out result against Chelsea or City is wasting valuable recruitment time .
I have previously posted that if we are not on target he should go after the City game , but I would be in favour of putting Clint in temporary charge for City and Chelsea in the hope of a massive positive vibe behind him getting us something .
That would give a new man some "easier" fixtures to start .
Jamie , I agree that he should reap what he sows , but we would be hurting ourselves in the meantime and he would probably quit with a just few months of the season and contract to run .
If we get the 4 points then I am still with him . I hope he turns it round starting on Sunday .

IMHO, TF should have been looking at replacements for the last 9 months. Redknapp is already 67, with a dodgy knee and waning enthusiasm for the rigours of football management. Knowing he's out of contract at the end of this season, we should already have a list of possible successors.

Harry is already blaming everyone, but himself for our performances and lack of effort. Its a manager's job to take responsibility for these things and any manager that can't see any responsibility on his part for failure, doesn't deserve to keep his job. His latest excuse is that we didn't get any strikers in because the board didn't buy them. No mention of his blinkered attitude to getting his old boys in to the exclusion of anyone else.
If we are getting a new manager in, its best to do it as soon a possible to give him time to assess the players we have in the difficult games coming up so we can have a plan for the January window. If we leave it much longer it will be too late (again), so we might as well see how Clint and Les get on at least until the end of the season. Once back in the Championship we should judge how we progress and have a proper process for appointing a manager. Assuming the FFP situation doesn't dump us in the Conference (if they'll have us) when a very serious review would be required.
