When he was managing Tottenham, he used to supplement his wages by picking-up fares on the way home. He drove the team bus to away games in London too. True story.
Read of the paper, bacon butty & cup of splosh down the cafe, 18 holes and then down the King William for a bit of dinner, a few beers and Tottenham v West Ham on the telly. Blinding.
