Mark Warburton on the end of 19/20 season and the 20/21 season 16:01 - Jul 29 with 2086 viewsbosh67

Tough few weeks ahead for the club to sort things out.

Never knowingly right.
Poll: How long before new signings become quivering wrecks of the players they were?

Only about five weeks away from the "toughest pre-season ever" content, always a summer highlight.

Boys have been working hard, great spirit in the camp. Ready to hit the ground running. Get some points on the board early.

Bare bones.

Yes you and Clive are right but it is a good and informative interview. What was it, 'another five in, at least'.

Hmmm. He could have made the effort to replace the Rangers memorabilia wth QPR stuff!

My favourite is when the fixtures come out and the first game is gone to a very generic Championship side.

‘They’re a very very good team. They know this level well and it will be a good test right from the go’

...and there's always a cracking atmosphere at the Madejski.

Suffering since 1978.

Good interview but the bit that got me was the moaning about a short pre season followed by moaning about a truncated season proper.

Can't have a 'normal' pre season or 46 game season - we all know that, so what's the point in moaning about it - same for the other 23 clubs.

I disagree, when Charity Park Rangers turn up this is clearly an easy game no?

Now you really are taking the p1ss.

I like Warbs as a manager, but he really does need better media training. When being interviewed he should be looking into the camera - even if it is on his own laptop - and should not be shaking his head from side to side while he's talking. Basic stuff, really. Removing the Glasgow Rangers stuff from the camera shot would also have been a good idea. I'm puzzled that this has been allowed to go out in such an unpolished state. It would not have been difficult to make it look more professional.

Shaking the head from side to side was good enough for Gerry!
