It was a very interesting interview: not only did he say no chance he’d be interested he put the boot in on the Villa owners saying they’d sacked two excellent managers in the past year so perhaps it was a problem with the way they were running the club. Said a number of his friends had just lost their jobs and he’d not go there.

Problem with him saying that is we have a Villa player on loan we would like to keep on loan.
I hope we have locked that loan contract down and also maybe he's putting the boot in as they did not let him loan Cameron Archer ... but still that's probably not wise if we want loanees from other clubs too. |  |

They are a huge club, the biggest in the.Midlands. They also have the best stadium in England IMHO. Plenty of other "big clubs" haven't won anything in recent times either. If they got the same financial.backing as MC, Chelskti and Newcastle...they would be contenders. One club I actually don't mind.But glad MB isn't going there. | | | |

Don’t mind who he talks to. Fact is that Talksport does have enough air time to talk about other things such as the championship at times unlike 5 Live which only has wall to wall sports coverage at the weekend. If they are talking to him it must be that things are going in the right direction. Warts also popped up regularly with White and Jordan. Holloway would talk to anything that resembled having a post as well. | |
