Would not surprise me if we let go of Willock for a relatively paltry sum and he goes and tears it up at another club.
As for Dozzell, cost us a million and is in the top 3 earners at the club, yet Ainsworth trots him out every week to aimlessly wander around the middle of the park contributing barely anything. Farcical.
I have never been one to be overly critical or disparaging of anything or anyone, but the decision making at this club has been fcking woeful for far too long and it has started to boil my piss.

You would think that the penny might drop and he and his advisers think 'Oh yeah, even though we don't want to be here, if we play better it gives us a better move next summer'. Not holding my breath though, judging by the last 12 months.
He's well capable of playing in the Premier League. The way he's going though, he'll destroy his reputation and end up as a punt at a relegated club that can afford to waste a signing or two if they don't work out. | |

You could also say Warnock used brilliant piece of man management focused on a specific player with a specific goal... and he got away with it.
I think it also helped he had a few players he'd managed before who were the true leaders (Derry, Hill Kenny etc.
Even Ferguson admits he did this with Cantona for example, maybe not as far as happened with Adel but there is no question he did treat certain players differently with the knowledge it would get the best out of them and therefore for him and the club.
I guess the thing is though when they stop performing things go awry later.

Again, his problem is going to be finding a club prepared to meet those demands for a player who has suffered repetitive injuries and is out of form and out of favour. |  |

He's a busted flush. It's been nearly a year since he has shown any form, fitness or character. The injuries have blown any chance of a Premiership move, so his next move is probably his last chance for a big pay day.
Problem for him is if he waits to run his contract down, and doesn't get back in the team etc that would be 24 months of showing nothing.
