Does anyone remember a football based TV series called Born Kicking that had a female striker called Roxy I think, They filmed some of the action scenes in front of the Loft and often used crowd scenes from home games in the TV series. I have a hazy recollection of a producer/ director requesting the Loft to cheer loudly for when Roxy scores the upcoming penalty and all they got was "Roxy, Roxy show us your tits..." ad nauseum. I think I remember it taking more than a few takes too LOL Whilst on the obscure, does anyone else remember the ladies five a side matches that used to take place on the plastic pitch?

Many moons ago I played host to a couple of blokes from Motherwell. Brought 'em down to a couple of Rangers games, which they mightily enjoyed. Later they returned the compliment and I stayed up there, where in the local boozearium, they informed their mates that the best thing about London was when one end of the ground repeatedly chanted "get yore tits oot for the lads at some poor wee lassie".
I remember Born Kicking and the tasteful chanting - also Renford's Rejects being filmed when Stan came on at half time taking some penalties at the Loft end.

A series in the early 90s starring Timothy Spall called "Frank Stubbs Promotes..." had an episode with David Thewlis as a footballer with some scenes filmed at LR and I remember one bit of dialogue with him saying "Hurry up will you, I've got Wilko and Sinto waiting in the car outside"
