Zamora 'stiff' for QPR 13:03 - Feb 13 with 1092 views | bosh67 | Zamora speaks about his injury. “I’m quite stiff once I stop playing which I think is the main reason why I am not starting." And I thought he didn't like football? Bobby, a word of advice. Just don't get so turned on during the game and you should be fine. If you don't you'll just keep being stiff and more often than not you'll be marginally offside a lot of the time.

Leave them all out there in the cold with a bag of oranges cut in half. Would make them look double hard...ish.
Zamora 'stiff' for QPR on 13:31 - Feb 13 with 993 views | Jamie | HR has already said he needs another operation and will miss 6-8 months. Common sense says have it now, be back for next season in the Championship. What will actually happen is him flogging himself for the rest of the season fruitlessly, then missing most of next season.

thats not a bad shout. I'm still not sure why we don't just play Bothroyd or a youth team forward up front for the first half to at least have someone ocuping defenders,

Or of course get him operated on as soon as we are mathematically down - which the way things are going is likely to be quite soon. Then he could be back in October/November.

I imagine thats what will happen, whilst we still have a chance he'll carry on playing but if we lose the next few I would have thought he'll go for the op early.

He's just had an operation hasn't he! Let's face it, he's more ready for the knackers yard than the championship. Fulham tucked us right up, with that pair. Mugs.

That's what i was thinking? He's just been out for the past 4 months for an operation, how can he possibly need another one already and if he does why did we bother bringing him back? Maybe we can prop Andy Johnson up in the oppo box (broken leg and all) and let him dive for penalties for a half as well!

Youth team forward??? The last one of those was Kevin Gallen, wasn't it.

Zamora 'stiff' for QPR on 19:45 - Feb 13 with 525 views | BklynRanger | Yeah you'd think if it's seizing up he could keep it warm and at least try going on a bike at half time but who are we to ask him to suffer? Failing that instruct Bothroyd to actually make a good effort for 45 minutes and then switch him - sadly that's also pie in the sky stuff. Bothroyd tries hard once a season and then sits on his huge, ambitionless, arse.

Zamora 'stiff' for QPR on 20:42 - Feb 13 with 440 views | qprmick | I notice Juve had a proper supervised warmup in the prematch goings on. Our players go about warming up with no direction and then they get injured as per Junior, on for a few minutes then out for weeks.

How does he manage in the pre-match warmup then?If he takes part in it like the rest of the team,he then sits down and gets stiff for an hour before he comes on for the 2nd half. As many others havs said,we should start the game with him and hopefully try to use his abilities when the scores are level, instead of bringing him on when we are chasing the game. My thoughts exactly. In rugby league and Aussie rules football they have interchange and the guys who come off are on exercise bikes etc to keep loose. Harry already said he could do 70 mins if no half time break so why not try something like this?
