I've always thought football had a bit of a "network" and you need to be in that network.
When you're outside of it you get your pants pulled down or are taking pot shots in the dark a lah the Bungle Brothers.
Then you have the other "network" where all the wrong uns like CandleFace can be found.
However I now think I was wrong.
I mean how can these individuals keep popping up getting decent wages when they are so clearly bad apples? Maybe it's the wrong un network being self serving.
I am certain if you did a poll on here about the retention of the players we had last season that Brum now had you would get 100% of people voting "DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE"..... yet good old Brum thought "they'll do far me skip"

On the face of it he looks to have the physical attributes, but struck me very early on that he's more interested in preening himself/what he looks like than being an actual footballer.
His assist for Jimmy D's worldy against Brum gave me much pleasure. What a contrasting pair of defenders. |  | | |

He was lauded around by Wolves as if he was of Cook defender standard, but really a very poor CD. Not even that good in the air.
He is one of the many reasons Brum have been so poor this season. Let's not forget that waster Roberts is there too, being injured and not even scoring any goals. Laird as well, who was also injured and it seems he's been eating at JETs fast food places.
Wolves must have known about Sanderson as he never played any games for them, yet they hawked him around the Champ clubs on loan and then finally flogged him to Brum.
Eustace is good manager to get that lot to 7th, no one else could. But yet he should not have signed them in the first place. Real puzzler that one. I suspect these were forced upon him. |  |
