The Russians should know about cowardly attacks and killings, they tend to specialise in it. Putin is like the architypal schoolboy bully. Takes the utmost pleasure in making others miserable but when someone hits back he will eventually shrivel. The country is nigh on bankrupt and his brand of nationalistic stirring is the only thing keeping him afloat and that won't last for long. An example on how cash strapped his armed forces are is that aircraft carrier that was adding a secondary cloud layer to the Mediterranean when it sailed down in during the autumn. Russia will never enter a war where the odds are anywhere near even. |  |

Yep. Putin is no better than the British Arms companies profiteering from Saudi Arabia dropping phosphate bombs on defenceless civilians in Yemen. Bullies the world over are much the same. The only thing Boris has got right and he's slapped down by the highly competent May Government of the day.
No good blaming others on the same days we are creating tomorrows terrorists. Give it a decade or two, and those children attacked in Yemen will be attacking UK. And no good judging Putin when UK is so morally bankrupt it sells arms to Saudis for their despicable wars. Might as well have government ice cream vans outside schools selling smack because someone else will fill that market if Government dont. I was reading yesterday that Russia has agents in Erdogan's government, which Erdogan is aware of as they help him keep control by carrying out his dirty work eliminating opponents following the failed coup earlier this year. But that Russia also made sure they had agents supporting the coup too, win-win. The situation is a mess & Russia are stirring it up for their own gains it seems. Considering all that plus the Syria situation nothing surprises me with Turkey & Russia at the moment. |  |
