Just finished reading Tony Fletchers book about him.
F uck me , there’s a bloke that needed some help. Off his nut most of the time. Take away that he was a one off drummer in a one off band then a) there’s no book and b) just a drunken berk.
Maybe I should learn a parradidle or two.
It’s a bloody exhausting read and much I love him as a drummer, you can’t help thinking he was a bit of a t wat.

moony was meant to have been quite polite and never intended any offence, sometimes he just did mad things and not realise the consequence ( was in a book i read ages back? moon the loon??) like wearing a nazi uniform around golders green (ffs) . also meant to be very generous and wrecked his AC cobra numerous times, driving his mechanic nuts!
his antics with pyrotechnics caused mayhem, famously in usa and blew his kit up, a cymbal nearly took rogers head off and pete swears this made him deaf in one ear! |  | | |
