Mixed feelings. A point against Spurs, if we were not bottom, would be an OK result. But we need wins, not draws

As ever our attack was toothless and I cannot see more than one or two goals coming from this 'attack' over the next 10 games.

Its our lack of scoring goals that has cost us so dear this season and will cost us our Premiership status come May.

Cesar was supurb. I cant see Green getting back in on merit again. Park was poor and Derry made a number of poor passes. Adel far too selfish and blinkered today.

But a good 'team' performance. Something that was lacking under Hughes.

I thought everyone did pretty well today, and that under the circumstances a draw and a clean sheet against a very good offensive team are good results. Cesar MoTM for me. This is another layer of much-needed confidence for the lads. What a treat to watch the deft touches from Tarbs. His passing in attacking situations has improved but we're not taking advantage of it. Hopefully we will get Cisse on the receiving end - he's still the only convincing finisher we have, so we must find a way to get him involved.

I might have my rose tinted specs on but I get a feeling that game by game Rednap is improving team performances. Spurs are packed full of talented players and 3rd in the table proves they are a very good team. On saturday they failed to break down what was one of the most error prone teams in the Prem.
OK there was a few goalmouth panic moments but we kept them out, quite an achievement. The other very noticeable change is that players are working harder, even Mackie is working more despite already being high octane.
I thought the whole taem did well with the exception of Park who ran around a lot like a dog in the park chasing a ball and never getting it.
Fabio was so good I thought maybe Man Unt had somebody at the game checking on how he was doing. The answer was he was doing very well. The usual suspects threw themselves into the mix, Hill ,Derry,Taraabt,Mbia,Cesar.
All in all a very encouraging ,if uninteresting match. The glaring weakness is up front where time and again we made nothing of opportunities because no-one was there to take advantage. I hope Harry gets 2 signings in the window, a Centre half and a tall front man.

As strong a performance as any this season. Agree with other posters - Harry's no mug and he played the right tactics, we were forced to adopt the position of a battling away team against a very good side.

I though we did excellently in nullifying there wide men, the attitude of the players was admirable compared with what it has been. Fabio was impressive, Onuoha stable, Cesar superb, some great passes and hold up from Adel (plus some bad free kicks). Park showed enthusiasm but not much else. Still waiting for the right man up front to be signed where I feel things need to click if we are going to dare attack more against the stronger sides.

Oh and Mbia is great at muscling people off the ball but is still a nutter, another bout of amateur dramatics in the second half had the Spurs keeper grinning knowingly as he's probably familiar with this kind of nonsense from when they played in the French league.

GREAT EFFORT by the team

but final 10-15 minutes we should have had cisse on for park and taarabt drop in behind him, spurs were going for it and leaving holes at the back ,id rather we gone for it in those final 15mins and took the risk of losing a point in the hope of stealing all 3

The defence was non existent, the team morale is constantly on a knife edge and as soon as the opposition bang one in we proceed to lose any shred of confidence we had in the first place. On Coleman's xmas list should have been defenders, defenders and defenders.

Good to see BBM back in the fray, Grant did well to set up the goal and where was Adebola for the last 10 minutes? Apart from that wasn't too bad.

Wow what a turnaround there has been this year!
Another excellent gutsy performance from us and fair play to Jay Bothroyd, he's been written off by I think probably everyone, but was excellent last night. However I do not think he could play in the premier league, particularly now we have the god that is Remy <3
Can't see Cisse playing for us again which is a shame because he is a class finisher, but hopefully Remy will be able to work harder for the team.
Rob Green made some astonishing saves as well which reminds us that we have got two world class keepers.

Roll on the off-form hammers!!

Great result - sloppy goals given away but a great comeback for a valuable point

Great display - an incredible boost to our self esteem.
However the pattern is there: we shouldn't look surprised and scared when gifted the ball in attacking positions. From JRod's inaccurate shot in the 2nd minute to the end of the 1st half we had some 4-5 attacks that could have been better developed. We should kick with more beleif and this is one of the things NA should emphasize in preparing the team mentally for the rest of the games, especially with the big guns. Here we come!
