Thread | Online ticketing issue

I am trying unsuccessfully to order tickets online for the Burnley match. But because the same ID number has been put onto the 5 season cards I bought, the ticketing system is only allowing for 1 ticket to be bought online.
The ticket office is now closed so I cannot speak to anyone at the club until Monday but don’t ideally want to take my chances with the open sales.
Any ideas? |

Bit random but can anybody confirm reg Jenkins last rochdale appearance? Can’t find any details anywhere other than him leaving at the end of the 72/73 season. |

This has been a recurring thought for me, but arent our club in need of a new nickname, not that it would happen.
But if so what are peoples ideas and reasons why?
I was thinking the millers cos of the towns history, but a couple of teams already don this nickname, so maybe something along the lines of 'the weavers'.
Also, and this is the one i think has an edge to it, what about 'the pioneers' in reference to a couple of historical things, mainly the co-op. |

Today is the last day of the ST priority period for ST holders buying a ticket for the FA cup game, the ticket office is open til 7pm tonight for ST holders to take advantage of this, tomorrow the tickets will be on general sale and you risk having your seat taken up. I mention this as I haven't seen much news pushing this period, and have just cone across it on the OS. Otherwise I wouldve missed out. |

Just watched the video highlights on dale player from yesterday's game. My thoughts are that we are lucky to have not got 2, possibly 3 suspensions. These thoughts are only based on the highlights though. For the first, Scotty hogan seemed to headbutt or at least shove the scunny player with his head, as a result I feel he may have got away with this. For the second incident, this being the rose yellow, we all know how that went, so there's the second yellow although it did look as though rose got something on the ball. Then lastly, as scunnys attacker was through on goal, olly had a little tug at him, but then thought better of it and let go, it might've been a different story had he gone down. Anyway just my thoughts and having watched the highlights. Onwards and upwards, let's look forward to Leeds now. Up the dale! |

Does anyone know the ticket office opening times? Also if its open later than usual on any particular days? This, along with the club shop opening times should be on the os, and isn't at the moment as far as I could see |

I have just been looking at a notts county programme from april 2010, researching where some of our ex players have got to in particular for something to do.
was just wondering if anyone knew anything interesting about any ex players? Thought it might keep the forum interesting for a little while.
for example I found out that:
Ciaran toner is now at Guiseley, and Josh Brizell is contracted with hyde like byrne, but has been on loan at Ossett Town this season.
Also I think I read in one of the programmes this season that an ex player is now a black cab driver in London, cant remember who exactly, but couldve been Paul Butler. |

What would you change from todays team line-up as opposed to the upcoming tranmere fixture? and also, more importantly, who do you think will slot in at left back?
I cant see why Twaddle cant get a chance although I cant see it happening, so im going to say Jordan.
Also I think Ormerod should be dropped aswell, didnt do enough for the team today, as many of the team didnt. But what other options have we got, i dont have confidence in grimes either.
This is the team I would realistically start with against Tranmere:
Kurucz
darby holden holness jordan
akpro kennedy tutte adams
bogdanovic ormerod
But i think we are all expecting jones to be replacing tutte in that team. |

I believe that everything will sort itself out in time, i also believe that were not going to get relegated and that steve eyre will be given full support from the club, its just a matter of time that we start picking up a few more points. im not saying that were going to shoot up the table but i certainly have faith in steve eyre still, although it is going to be a very hard season i think we will keep our place in the league comfortably.
only last season there were debates about how quickly managers get sacked, and yet here we are fighting in favour of that argument.
im not naive and i know that were not palying well, but i also think that the players are more to blame than the manager. every game you can see that a few of our players dont even want to be on the pitch, including grimes, he needs to be dropped.
like i said though, thats just my opinion. i dont believe we are going to make it out of the bottom half of the table all season, but i do belive we will avoid relegation and eyre will keep his job.

It says in the observer that another dale defender is due on the way out, any ideas? I'm guessing twaddle for no reason other than him being out of favour. |
