Made up for the Dobbster.

Has taken some dog's abuse and the only response he can give is a few in the old onion bag.

Another 12 or 15 of those this season and he's an honorary mush.

I'm pleased for him too, should have at least hit the target when through last Saturday though

With the amount of games in this league we need everyone to contribute

Anyway to nearly quote Frank Sidebottom The Dobbins not bobbins

Fail we may, sail we must

I found the Frank creation to be extremely disturbing.

Stephens and Ward-Prowse at the end. You can see it means so much to them:

Love Jack Stephens. He is Saints through and through. Sat in a London restaurant tonight with a nice bottle of wine after a monumental win in West Ham's own back yard. What a win. What a statement win. Tonda is taking us up isn't he.

I was sat in a West Ham section and was pleased they didn’t seem to abuse him. Likewise I think it’s good that JWP didn’t go over the top in his celebration. He worked hard for WHU for a couple of years and should have some affection and respect for their fans. I know how pissed off we’d be if ex players give it the big ‘un when they play against us.

Poll: Which manager would you prefer Saints to have?

Spot on he has struggled should have scored last week, but his second half performance at Norwich and whole game today shows he has got what it takes

It's great to see a player like Stephens and indeed JWP care so much for the club. Can't fault their passion for the club - much like us fans. You're Saints until you die really - thanks to your dad or grandad taking you along for the first time when you were a little kid and then getting hooked for life - much like my dad did with me. I took my little lad (who is now aged 39 himself) but was only 3 when I took him to his first ever game, Saints away at Stamford Bridge in 1991.

Enjoy your bottle of wine. Just as a footnote ; I saw Jack Stephens on Thursday this week with his little lad at Peppa Pig World.

I was right next to the Saints fans in the home section, and it was amusing to see the abuse our fans were giving the hammers. As you would expect they were very angry about how we cut them open in the first 15 minutes.
Fantastic team performance, even if we did ride our luck. Tonda seems to make our luck happen. This was a big statement win.

Great save from Peretz right at the end which won us the points

A couple of bottles of M&S golden ale, how very Haslemere M&S golden ale ffs and the excellent new Michael Kiwanuka lp on the turntable

I might be in my 50's and watched Saints for 45 odd years but I'll never tire of the feeling I have when we've won

Been in that 50s bracket for a while now and yes i concur with the giddy feeling .

keep the faith coyr

Going up to the game yesterday, I thought after Boro’s demolition of Bolton we needed our own statement win, and boy did we get it.

Yes I know we rode our luck, and had to thank Peretz for some amazing saves and others for last ditch blocks and clearances, but going forward, partiicularly in the first half we tore West Ham apart.

Our second goal really was a beauty, from Mannings back flip to the stunning finish from Bree.

It’s great looking at table this morning, just 3 points off second, despite 4 pts deduction, after just 12 games a great achievement, and to get that result without Larin and Downes even more impressive.

A great performance by the whole team, no one let us down.

So a great day out, shutting the Ammers up and loved watching so many of their fans disappearing well before 90mins

What a day.

Topped off by a riotous Reston gig at British Airways ARC at Kensington Olympia.

Got home with my daughter at 2.30am (in old money…) but one of the very best days.

Good to see a number of Ugly regulars yesterday.

Poll: If we were today re-instated to the play-off final, would you go on Saturday?
