I have nothing but respect for the very small players who make it in professional football. Today we face Nathan Dyer who is tiny but an effective premiership player. The surely must have had to overcome more barriers than most to make it especially in English football where technique is not always the first priority. It got me thinking about Small QPR players from the past and Sammy Lee came to mind. He once came tumbling into yhe paddock stood up and was at my chest height even as a scrawny teenager. Who else is there? An honourable mention to Paul Parker who wasn't tall but jumped like he had spring heeled boots and won most headers. Any more please.
