I've said all along that one reason Corbyn was elected was because the people arrayed against him were empty vessels, devoid of ideas.
There is something similar happening in the old guard of the Democratic Party, which is similarly devoid of ideas, and is trying to blame all its misfortunes on Russian intervention in US politics, and position itself as the New Cold War party.
To be fair, it’s not the worst suggestion from a politician, although he seems to have missed that the U.K. has effectively made its protest by downgrading its level of official representation at the World Cup.
Arguably we have few politicians as capable as his wife.
