Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been admitted to hospital for tests, 10 days after testing positive for coronavirus, Downing Street has said.

Mr Johnson "continues to have persistent symptoms of coronavirus", a spokeswoman said.

It was described as a "precautionary step" taken on the advice of his doctor.

I wish him well but have to admit being a bit worried if he is getting worse after day 10.People who fully recover say around day 7 is brutal so hopefully the extra few days wont mean much .
On a totally different angle a tiger in NY zoo tested positive for the virus and a few more are suspected to have it.They expect them to live but its the first confirmed report of human/animal transmission.More unsettling developments on this curse
