well they are now in operation and it seems we have a months grace before we get ticketed ( charged ) for entering the estate by the various roads controlled by them . nice to see the club warning fans of this .

I would like to know bearing in mind you cannot exit the estate from Stevenson Road and cannot turn right from Bloemfontein Road onto the Westway. You cannot turn right into Bloemfontein Road from the Westway so using the Wormholt to get to White City Estate is hardly a cut through it is the only route.

This suggests that fines will not be charged during the 18 month trial period. See last section Monitoring the Traffic. Its all very confusing.

Also if I arrive at 14:00 and leave sometime after17:00 I am clearly not using it as a cut through.

You'll only get fined if you enter/leave between Old Oak Rd and Bloemfontein Rd. Enter or exit via Uxbridge Rd, no problem.
