England gets Villa gig again - Referee 26th Oct 2018 08:23
As he was last season, Darren England is the referee for Aston Villa's visit to Loftus Road this evening. It's his second QPR appointment of the season following the opening day loss at Preston. 0

He DID do well.

Consistent in the decision making.

As I could see him explaining, if its a foul when Grealish gets his body in front of defender and is 'bumped', it is also a foul when Eze does the same.

Always going to be one or two calls you can disagree with, but overall he was very good.

Superb advantage played for our goal as well.

Generally, I thought he did well and added to the game.

I can't decide on whether or not it was a peno for Pawel, though.

Haven't watched replay yet and couldn't see live.

Noticed he also warned Pav about persistent fouling after he gave him his yellow - used his first name as well, which was a nice touch!

Thought he penalised Pav for tackles that weren't fouls and also let Taylor get away with a couple of fouls on Pav that were should have been given.

Generally he seemed ok until the last 15 mins when almost every decision seemed to go to Villa.

And how come he allowed Grealish to play without proper shin pads on! He'll get seriously injured one day - to55er!
