Not a fan of Zonal Marking as players less inclined to be touch tight and have clear accountability for their man,
Also gives the oppo an easier run on goal as we saw with that 2nd goal where they had 2 players with a free run to the back post, as Dykes and Field made no attempt to block the runners off,
If we are to defend like this we need to far more aggressive otherwise we will go back to conceding too many soft goals from set-pieces which will see us drop down the table very quickly. | | | |
