Any progress on Warren Farm?
at 09:04 6 Mar 2019
Has there been any progress on the training ground? I would have thought, particularly over the last couple of months, the club would have been quite vocal on progress as a ‘good news story’. It’s been five months since the final appeal was rejected, but I don’t think there’s been any updates?

.......for the winner.
He's taken plenty of stick, lots of it justified IMO, but credit where it's due, that was a great ball

Didn't realise our ex-bench warmer is now at Cardiff.
He's 33, and apart from a couple of years with Bohemians, he's had a 16 year career in England and made the grand total of 57 appearances according to Wiki. Weirdly impressive to have had such a long career without actually playing.

Following on from PunteR's best 11.
Not a dig at TF, more some of the managers he's employed. Based upon Value for Money:
Subs: Cesar / Ferdinand (Anton) / Kranjcar
Depressing. How much did that lot cost?

Ramsey / Carsley

Interesting listening to Lee Carsley being interviewed. When questioned about what he has changed he just said they are pressing higher up the pitch, more aggressive, passing forwards quicker. So not rocket science, basically just better organised and better prepared, nothing clever. Beyond Ramsey though.
Carsley also said that he still doesn't want the job, knows his strength is as a development coach. Clearly more self aware than CR.
Ramsey needs some help

Today showed why a good coach (if indeed that is what Ramsey is; the jury's still very much out on that one. The performance today was abysmal, with or without 11 men) doesn't necessarily make a good manager. Freedman worked us out before the game, set his team up properly, and managed events as they unfolded. Ramsey didn't know what to do.
If we are going to persevere with him, Ramsey needs an experienced manager alongside to help him. Someone who isn't ambitious to manage anymore so isn't a threat, but who can look at things objectively and give him some help. Freedman has Lennie Lawrence I think, and I think Curbishley is at Fulham. Venables perhaps, or someone in that mould.
