When Agent Dozzell went to Birmingham , we only had to stay in front of them and their morale was already down . With all the other Agents there I knew we could do it . What it afforded us in the transfer market transformed morale within the team and also us as supporters . You lot that go should be commended because you ere a part of this transformation. Exactly what someone else said, he is playing for a contract . Even if he gets into team of the season it doesn’t matter , he was never going to do it for us . Time to move on |

I’ve just been looking online as to why we are so rotten and where it starts . Let’s give GA a break for a minute , above all else this will be hurting him as well, you all know that feeling .
Andrew Belk chief scout 3 years 10 months , before this a scout and analyst at least 8 years , what’s he done to warrant the promotion in 2020 and whats he done as the chief since . Keneth Paal seems to be his highlight reel
Gary Karsa Head of Academy Recruitment since 2015 , not bad must be doing a great job you’d think
Who do these two answer too and would they pass your inspection in the last year , let alone the last 5 or 10 years .
I understand that managers would also want their players coming in , but the one consistency lately is the recruitment and surely they would contribute to our first team and more so to the lower grades .

Pep seems to do a good job wherever he goes , if you look at some of the more progressive younger managers a few have worked with and under him . The latest is the Leicester manager , who’s doing a good job .
Why not look at someone within this group Man City , Arsenal or Leicester surely they would have the same working structure that has worked for pep that they would produce , obviously on a smaller budget . Instead of these tried and tested coaches that just do the rounds until they fit in somewhere and have minimal success immediately but dont really build any foundation .
We have tried everything in our past employments why not build for a long term future with a structure and type of football that would at the very least be more enjoyable than the dross that is served up lately .
We can’t get any worse and it could be enjoyable for the future . I for one am in no hurry for us to win the premier league just yet , but at least we can still dream unlike what we are doing right now stumbling towards administration |

I have a Firestick and I use AirTv I pay a yearly subscription get Uk terrestrial tv and Sky , I was scrolling through the 1200 channels and found Foxtel sport’s the equivalent of Skysports and 12 EFL channels, will be checking this weekend to see if they have live games. Never checked before as I have the Qpr overseas subscription games |

There is alway talk of under 15s boys beating a female team , so look at the physicality 18-32 year old women are they the equivalent to a 15 year old boy ? 5’69 id say the same average of the female team
So Englands women’s team is the Equivalent of England u15 boys team maybe .I think that Lauren James would get in that team . I don’t think she would get in the England u21s though , because of physicality and she doesn’t look like she has pace , not skill . If she played in the U21 team for the next 4 years would she be competitive or be injured |
