This team lacks composure and mental strength in adversity. In the second half, QPR did none of the things that got them to the summit only a few weeks ago. Gone are the incisive, overlapping runs and crosses drilled into the box from the bye-line. These have been replaced with pedestrian lateral passing and crosses lofted from deep. Corners are either overhit or miss the first man. Shots are being attempted from silly distances in front of a wall of defenders. As for set-plays, we can't defend them for our lives.

Wolves making a 120million pound decision on a championship manager, who has won 7 games out of his first 14 games with pretty much a squad he inherited. It’s a step up if he goes. But a massive risk for Wolves too. |

I’d like football to introduce the same as Rugby. When players are down injured, they get treatment whilst play continues. Unless it’s for a clash of heads. Sick of the time wasting today by Posh. Infuriating |

Was pleased for Moses to get his assist. It was a perfect cross that was pinpoint for our goal. More of that is needed from him as I do believe with confidence there is a good player there. I thought we played well enough when we played with a bit more tempo. Hull filled the gaps between the lines quite well, especially at times in the middle when we were using the channels, they made it tough for us to break them down and we had to be patient, although frustrating it was recycling the ball. we could have had them as we had a couple of suss decisions go against us from the officials.
A draw has stopped that rut though, we’re still in the playoff mixer. Especially when you look at WBA, Another loss and slipped to 11th in the league now and 4 points off the playoffs. We just need to keep getting behind the lads and grinding out those points. That’s my opinion anyway. [Post edited 20 Feb 2022 2:03]

Ive met Sir David a few times whilst out and about delivering as a postie in Leigh and the local area. Although we didn’t always agree on some issues politically. He always listened and serving the people of Southend was his passion. He is a big loss to Southend. Condolences to his family and RIP to a proper MP. |

Oh go on then, whilst we’re at it. So sitting in the upper loft you can’t make out the tannoy. But the big screen when there’s a sub doesn’t ever display who is coming off and on anymore.. probably petty, but would be nice if they sorted that out. |
