Yes in an ideal Workd Armstrong would be at Wycombe playing seventy games in preparation.But mark my words he has transformed this side as a sort of magic mascot who makes the rest of the team have a good chance of winning.I think he has spooky powers to raise the team 25%.
Well done Marti for spotting it.Yeah you can argue he stretches the playing area ; they cannot play a high line,it takes three players to mark him freeing up space for Willock and Chair and Dykes and I hope Smyth.
Marti has found his team quickly.Well done .Now we need to get them to fight and fight and attack and attack ,be brave.Play like Armstrong…. |

Agree the referring was worrying.All we as fans can do is point out the bad decisions and hope the authorities get an improvement.BUT that criticism has to err on the side of giving the refs doubt.
If it is not 100% obvious and explainable then accept the decision.

Ok Kakay wasn't great.Needs to work on his first touch but he has improved a lot this season.
As a club he is the type of player we can develop.
I like him - marginally better defender than Kane,but only my opinion-I just prefer physically strong defenders .Think they cause attackers far more problems-my evidence is the goalie miss in this game.My question would kane given their man a free -header? |

Without Samuel buying ,pace upfront very important.Soon teams will work us out by having a high lined crushing space in midfield.Shame about Carrol he was improving.Spot on on Austin -Dykes looks a lot better next to him.

Well your report is abit schizophrenic.In my view we lost as a result of the first 20 minutes having no energy and no high press.They had a brilliant corner and world for a second.After that it is difficult against a Pullis team.I was impressed with his management.However we had a good go at 2-0 down -you do not really give Holloway and the team any credit for that.DO NOT LISTEN TO THE WHINERS -THEY KNOW NOTHING. |

This podcast is disappointing.General bland non-specific criticism of Holloway from fans who clearly do not understand football.Pathetic really just more whining.Daag began to make some fair points'.e. the injuries to defence, but a stable midfield, the issue being a forward line that cannot score.All good points drowned out by whining rubbish.The midfield is ok at this level, and then one of your guests said the service to the forwards was crap.Really?
Please please find people who can make a fair and reasonable comparison between the sides in this division.
Realists who will not get all repressed middle class angry that QPR are not Chelsea.

Clive has a good point though.In a 3-5-2 the middle three should never move from the width of the penalty box, exposing Baptiste is asking for it.
But it is the job of wide midfield to cover.
Only seen high-lights so cannot tell ,but I like Clive criticism.
I would like holloway to explain why this point is incorrect.
Freeze frame when rangers lose the ball then find wide cover Wheeler?. Freeman? Then it isa matter of matching their dribbling pace or compensating with position.Not Baptisits problem really.
I wonder if that is why Holloway likes Cousins there?
