at 13:14:22

On the Blackpool thing DJ Campbell was signed on loan by Holloway when they went up and he bought him the following summer, he also bought Charlie Adam. Both had loan spells at the club before but he didn't take over a club with those players

QPR haunt Keogh and Derby all over again — report

you can trade in your kids ticket for an adult one in the lower loft, think it is only a certain number of times a season you can do it though. Around me in the lower loft it was more adults missing than kids and was the same for the birmingham game

The long road from Austin to Washington — Signing
at 23:25:47

Tomo when you say not one of Ferdinands signings has inspired this season are you really saying that Grant Hall hasn't done well? Or Luongo or Chery. None of them have been perfect but they have all done well.

For the first time since we sold Darren Peacock the club have sold a player high and brought in a replacement low, the old QPR way which Ferdinand should be praised for rather than hounded out for

Khan's misjudgments continue to plague Fulham - Interview
at 10:19:36

on MIke Rigg he is either a flawed genius or a brilliant con man, goes in to set up a long term vision and has never stayed at a club long enough to put one in place and every club he's been at has had to start from scratch after he's gone as his vision wasn't that good. Came to QPR talking of signing hidden gems and young players and brought in Andy Johnson and Ryan Nelson who didn't have a working knee between them

QPR’s Isla coup a test case for brave new dawn
at 08:20:02

Simpson can easily slot in at centre half an din some games he could lay as wing back with Isla in midfield, plenty of options. I bet Simpson will still play about 20 games this season

Many moons ago I went to uni in Boro and you'll struggle to not find a pub. Avoid the ones on the main road by the station, the ayresome is one of them, they are home fans only and full of scumbags,

I wouldn't wear colours but you'll be fine in most others.
For better ones come out of the station and turn right, go under the main road and a Wetherspoons on the corner.

Other suggestions if you come out that way walk straight up the high street and after 2 mins you come to Corporation Road with a Walkabout and Yates again fine to go in as an away fan.

If you want student pubs with stupidly cheap drinks keep walking up the hightstreet past mcdonalds you come to Linthorpe road. Migh tbe easier to get a taxi but in the old bingo hall which is The Crown, massive inside, shows the live football and very cheap drink. five minutes further up on Southfield Road is the Dickins Inn which is a brilliant pub, Alex Higgins used to challenge students to games of pool in there. Downside is it's a cab to the ground from these ones. Dr Browns is the best one if you want one close to the ground.

Redknapp’s expanding midfield collection can add guile to QPR’s bump n' grind
at 17:55:27

It all feels like it did a year ago, much to be excited about, plenty of midfield options and if it clicks we'll be a great team to watch, like Clive I'm still waiting for it to all go wrong as it did last year

Simpson starts Redknapp’s ‘right sort’ revolution
at 22:53:54

main thing to look at is if the signing is better than what we already have, why is he signing for us and if we go back up would he need to be replaced, the first and last questions have to be positive and the fact he was not happy to sit on the bench and has always looked to play first team football rather than collect his money on the bench is a positive.

I have to admit though the warning lights are flashing after his off the field activities of the last year
