They've warned the Boat Race crews not to jump in the Thames, as it is contaminated with e-Coli, due to all the sewage. How appropriate for FFC. |

We have the 2nd worst Home record in the division. But Brum have scored < 1 goal per game away. Rowett may have had 12 days to drill them, but Marti's had the same. Let's pretend we're playing Arsenal U21s |

Mainoo was the big plus from last night. Bowen, for his workrate or Toney, for physicality did OK. Are they ahead of Watkins as backup to Kane, who is an automatic choice. However well Maguire has played for England, he's the weak link in an unconvincing first choice defence. Defensively we may scrape by but the backups are nowhere near good enough. |

Been away with Scotland, while Frey does 2 weeks training with most of his team mates. |

He played and scored for our U18s vs Barnsley last Saturday. There were at leastv3 other trialists, none if them named. We won 2-0 and Jake Coomes scored the other. Again. Is he a decent.prospect, anybody? DMM? |

That's England down to a tee. They beat the mid ranking teams but as soon as they come up against a top side they get found out. Defensively, too many weak links. Up front, over reliant on Kane. |

Amen. Ofcom, Ofwat & Ofgem have got no real power. And the Football Regulator will be the same. |

Mostly their u21s vs QPR at full strength (minus Fox & Dykes). Frey 2, Dixon-Bonner & Larkeche as scorers. Don't read too much into it, but it shows we can be competitive. |

I get what you say about Armstrong but a CF with an instinct for goals we haven't got. Nor can we afford to go out and buy one - without some serious research. Tom Cannon, IMHO, 1 of 2 best strikers we played against last season, was sold to Leicester for £8m and has made 3 starts. ATM, our best option looks like Frey, if he's fit. Armstrong as an impact sub. Kolli is injured, Kelman out on loan and not good enough and nobody else through Academy. |

He'll be back on a free transfer, and fit into our wage structure. Maybe not next season, but by the 1 after. [Post edited 17 Mar 19:46]
