Wimbledon, Barnet and now Leyton Orient.

We are an embarrassment really, a loyal fanbase that is taken for granted.

That Swindon Town match report again – Report
at 07:22 2 Dec 2025

Look, the consensus on here, every season, is ‘I’ll be happy with 16th place’.

As such, why on earth does anyone expect the players and management to think any different?

If you have a losers mentality, then all around you feed off it. Until we expect more and demand more, it’ll just keep happening.

Agree with a 20 team set up but should point out, clubs won’t want to lose 4 games of income and they will undoubtedly pile that on the price of the ticket.

You’ll find you’ll be paying the same season ticket cost as now, for 4 games less, which is the equivalent of around £100 extra per season, and for those buying a ticket by the game, about a fiver extra per game.

That said, if it largely removed the 3 games in 8 days scenario, I’d be all for it.

Too right.

Instead of a 6 place cushion, the Holy Grail will become a 2 place cushion. I’m not sure I can cope with that.

Definitely a mentality problem.

Right from the management to the players to the supporters, 16th place has become the holy grail. Soon as we get above it we take a breather. Been going on for years.

Eastward Ho ! Match Fred

Exactly. When all of ours and all of there’s are in our area we are basically ‘out talled’.

Leave the midgets on half way line and it essentially evens the height issue up.

Well he got slaughtered for changing the team round previously, can’t blame him for going with the team that started at Blackburn.

Could come unstuck, plenty of bench options if we can hang in there until HT.

The Silly League, I like that, concise and accurate, can we go with that for the rest of the season?

In my own head it’s been the Chuckle Brothers League, to me to you, there’s extended sessions of this in virtually every game, actually find it quite relaxing when the ball gets booted from head to head and back again in midfield areas, a brief escape from the carnage that’s trying to hold onto the ball at ground level.

That’s some record.

Plays it old school at LB. Full back wannabe wingers away from home have a lot to answer for rather than a cause for celebration.

If you want to run about, be a forward.

Electric cars to be taxed per mile.
at 08:44 27 Nov 2025

Well that’s what we’re being told Baz.

EV newer models are already appropriated for this and you may notice this is being rolled out in three years time, time enough to ensure all new EV cars are ‘ready to go’ as it were.

The truth will be exposed eventually.

Not a political dig by the way, they’re all in on it.

This would explain why he hasn’t been front and centre of long throws this season.

Who was that toerag who done this deliberately to him last season at LR?

An EV is basically a moving smart meter, that’s why this is being rolled out for EV and not for conventional vehicles.

If it were being calculated via MOT we’d all be getting charged but we’re not.

Expect heavy fuel duty rises soon to force you out of your private vehicle into an altogether more public vehicle where they know where you are and in time, what you’re up to.

Fascinating to listen to Reeves waffling around this.

It’s like one of those empty dog tracks, you can hear every shout in the crowd.

Turning the sound off second half, there’s only so many cries of ecky thoomp a man can put up with.
