The Morton House model; £2 share capital companies that do not have a long shelf life before being dissolved appear to be a dinner table theme for the Rose Family in recent years.
Darrell Rose (born June 1964) is married to DEBORAH JOY ROSE (born December 1963)

3) How do so many children cover up so many operations for the mastermind?
Darrell doesn't own much. He owns a payroll company now (Morton House) following the chicanery of late filing.
What's really interesting is how intertwined the Rose children are with the Curran children. They go on holidays together, each others weddings and work alongside each other across various business interests.
The biggest question that comes out again and again is WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM?
There is not anything across all of these people that says that they have the funds to pay £5m for the football club.
They offer payroll services, construction, watches, energy sales, insurance sales, website sales but nothing to do with football.
A number of them follow Sheffield United. Understandable given they are embedded across Doncaster, Sheffield, Worksop, Rotherham and Retford. [Post edited 29 Jul 2021 22:34]

May I ask as anyone submitted the information to the HMRC fraud unit to investigate, in that
Mr A Curran has no viable or identifiable source of income despite living in a £2 million pound house, where does income come from and how can he invest in the Dale shares despite having no source of income.
Mr Rose and Morton House Management is an umbrella company with apparently just 2 employees, they seem to not registered for VAT or with the HMRC, they are not registered with the Umbrella body, the FCSA , which any reputable payroll would be. They need to explain how they want from around £140,000 to around £4, 140,000 with liabilities of around £4 million. Where did the money come from.
I think the HMRC fraud unit would be interested and will possible investigate the pair and let them explain their income sources. |  | | |
