Why is archer not on. We need goals ffs.

2nd half as been so limp . Bar manning long range effort we have created nothing 2nd half

Must have heard you. Leo has run of steam a bit and Azaz disappears in games so not much creativity.

I expect as he couldn’t score in a brothel anither huge waste of cash
Fellows is a big miss today
Clear we need a lot better as replacements when starters are injured

We seem to be great if it's the first choice team, as soon as one player is unavailable it all falls apart.

We missed another penalty and their second goal was handball so could have been a different result but second half we were poor. Definitely need a striker to support Armstrong and defence continues to look dodgy. Norwich are going nowhere but wanted it more than us.

This
That said Tonda now needs to do some serious work to eradicate these half arsed performances
Especially ahead of Cov
It’s clear after our first choice 11 we need a lot more quality

I think we did get what we deserved. The goal was handball, but Norwich were all over us like wasps. Like the look of the Phillip Clement, who has turned Norwich around. He's an experienced manager,.who won a league in Belgium. Looks like he has turned them around. It's going to be play offs at best for us.

W@nkers.

A chance to put us on a good footing for the visit of high-flying, top of the table Coventry next Saturday - and we balls it up in typical Saints fashion. Could have edged into the play-off positions with a win today. Don't you just hate it when we revert to Rustyball tactics like we did in the 2nd half today. So frustrating.

I hope we have a good striker earmarked for the January window.

As long slack features he will always bring rustyball into play
I cannot fathom how he gets picked again and again
That said we missed a pen and they scored illegally so ya know

It was only ever going to be play offs, but with today's typical 2nd half performances even the PO's will be a struggle
Having said that, let's just hope Tonda has learnt something regarding the Russball style, at our level it's a mistake waiting to happen and we got away with it today, just!

We played a bang on average championship side today and lost.
I can see us ending up mid table at best.
All three Centre Backs looked all over the place.
Fellows was missed today.
Stephen’s as Captain is ridiculous he shouldn’t even be in the side.
So frustrating,the rollercoaster goes on.

Cannot believe the lack of urgency
This messing around at the back is beyond annoying
Who do they think they are. Barcelona
I guess reality starting to bite
Should have been ahead despite the dreadful penalty attempt
Got what we deserved Nothing

Won’t get relegated but no way would we want to get promoted

It's like watching walking Walking Football when Slack Jack play at the back.
He slows the game down to his walking pace & watch after he's played the ball he just plays statues, has he ever broken sweat in a game.
I can't understand or believe that so many of our Managers have trusted in him,
I'm convinced that he helps pick the team there's no other reason that he'd get a game.
If Tonda doesn't sort that defence out then we'll continue to leak goals & the rest of the side will lose heart.

One of the features of a team aiming for a top 6 finish is that they somehow can, at least ,turn a performance that resembles a tramp's dingleberry into a messy, scrappy ugly draw.

That game was a golden chance to at least chalk up a point and avoid a completely miserable evening....{sigh}

We didn't deserve anything from todays game & we were very lucky to beat West Brom midweek.
What's worrying is that neither WBA or Norwich are very good, both are very average & we struggled against both of them.
Slack Jack was as bad as ever, Ryan Fraser is well past it.
We missed Tom Fellows big time.
And I still don't think Baz is strong enough or commanding enough, our defenders don't trust him that why they keep dropping deeper & virtually defending on our goal line.

You say our defenders don't trust Baz, they continue to keep passing to him!
And must say that save from their goalscorer (can't remember his name) , although it wouldn't have counted as we got a free kick, was an absolutely amazing reaction save from very close range on the goal line

It could have all been different (perhaps) if Scienza's free kick in 1st minute had gone in.

All of the back line today were complicit in this crazy side to side passing. I don't even think Norwich pressed that hard, certainly not as much as Millwall and West Brom, yet we just invited them to come forward.

Fraser was playing far too deep. When he did get forward, he stopped and went backwards. He offered no out let and created nothing. Needs to be dropped. Even when Wellington came on, he also got involved in the tippy tippy stuff. 87 mins gone, and they were still doing it !

As for Baz comments, I didn't think he did anything wrong today.

Tonda needs to sort this out and fast. We are looking far too predictable.

As for their winner, I wasn't sure at first if it was hand ball, but when they stop showing a replay on screen you know it is contentious ! Seen it now, but still wouldn't want VAR back.

That was definitely 3 points dropped today.

They trust him with the ball at his feet, but he's just not commanding enough in his area.
He's one of those keepers that makes relatively simple saves look spectacular but doesn't deal with the difficult stuff.
It's just my opinion, I have never rated Baz.

The point is , had he not really limply spilled the first shot . He wouldn’t have needed to make the reaction save. That situation was totally of his making .

Even then winner he was rooted to his line.
