He ain't a boy, he is young and inexperianced, like I said earlier, the plan would of been for him to be an impact player this season before pushing on next season. I have supported poz all season...there is a good player in there but he needs to work on his awareness...he has talent but stays on the ball for a second too long and loses it...he needs to be able to see a pass earlier but is not helped by the lack of movement around him
However what is the point of playing him out wide when he thinks the edge of the centre circle is the touch line...this means rangel cannot go forward as he would be alone and would leave a huge gap with no cover as poz is playing at am instead of on the wing.
