It takes years for a city to recover from that and it is whereasxSwansea has yet to and it hurts me to see it or say it . Those in denial of this I have nowt but contempt for .
Thirty years ago, nobody would venture into Liverpool city unless they were mental . Now it attracts millions . Try finding a hotel with vacancies at short notice .
I upset people on here posting critical comments but it's as of nothing mainly as most flak is from outsiders ,village idiots who pop into the Lib then fook off back to la la land .
I want to see Swansea Jacks up for it, passionate ,spikey and confrontational . We ve always have guts until various councils ,WAG ,Thatcher killed the place

As I ha said many times before Liverpool is a wonderful city, my eldest son has made it his home.
But it's not entirely fair to compare it to Swansea.
Liverpool was the main trading port of the British Empire whilst we we still smelting copper.
You can't really compare on a like for like basis. |  |
