No intensity in our play, not aggressive enough.. very Arsenal like.. it's good being all nicey nicey.. but when you come up against aggressive teams.. you get run over and outclassed..
If they want to make it as professionals.. they need that grit, that bit of bite about them.. it's all rather pretty out there..
That's why.. Gorre, King, Rodon, Grimes are struggling at League level..

No point battling when we're 2-0 up and comfortable tapping it around. Byers threw himself into a challenge and had to come off injured (I blame the tiny shinpads).
Better to be coaching footballers than thugs imo. Enough academies focus on size, speed and strength in their teenagers as it is. Give them a chance to grow ffs. | | | |
