So, We are left with what?
How can a club with no money do any business unless the selling club agrees to a small down-payment now?
This club has been mismanaged, the yanks have taken the reigns and the person responsible still gets 60k a month.

I believe it’s pretty much there for the owners to do what they want with it, unless the club is struggling financially and not making payments in respect of monies owing to other clubs or possibly players wages. I have read that the Premier League diverted some of Portsmouth’s broadcast revenue/parachute money going back about 9 years. | | | |
