Fair play we lose a game and they all come out to play.

Mind you if you want to see the Queen of all Drama Queens go over on the other site and read the Wirral Wánkers posts.

At least he's consistent.

People on two entirely different websites think he's a f*cking idiot.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Ok we had a good few off the pace today, but we were beaten by a team with better players than us.
That's our best 11 out there who started arguably.

They have been punching above their weight to be honest. A few of them starting to look leggy now

Need an injection of quality in January to have any realistic chance of play offs.

Doubtful that's happening though.

Spot on analysis,

They were far too quick and strong for us.

We were too ponderous. Got to be quicker in the build up.

We take too long to get it into the box. We try to take an extra 5 or 6 passes when one will do.

Think tiredness is creeping in lads to be honest.
Roberts especially looking leggy, would rest him Tuesday personally and possibly CCV for Rodon.
You make dubious decisions and hesitate when leggy. No excuse for Fer though.

Not much cover quality wise to bring in though that's the problem.

Deffo rest Roberts on Tuesday, he can play on Wednesday then.

I'm not so sure that is our best eleven form wise. VDH hasn't lived up to my expectations as a commanding centre half considering the drop in standard.

Fer, despite being made captain didn't show much leadership yesterday and his game at the moment isn't anywhere near the required level . He's not a CDM in a million years, he's far more adept father up the pitch.

Grimes is no full back and Roberts is not a true winger so I would experiment with this line up :-

Mulder
CR Rodon VDH Olsson

Matty Grimes

Jay Fulton

Mackay Celina Dan James

Wilf

Subs : Fer CCV Ollie, Nordfelt, Naughton, Jeff, Carroll / Byers

Plenty of stop to change the team if things aren't going well but for me this is our most fluid line up. Mackay can always be replaced by either moving Dan over to accommodate Jeff or Naughton could cover both full back positions to enable CR to move to the wing. Fer could replace Celina or Fulton if needed or Mackay could move over to 10 .

We lost our passing mojo yesterday but we lacked any real penetration. Wild showed encouraging signs yesterday so our 3 behind will have opportunities to get beyond him when he holds the ball up, something that isn't in Ollie's game. He'll maybe come on to replace a tiring Bony or take the 10 role in support .

The critical piece of the jigsaw for me is CDM and Grimes is the only one with the tools to do the job.

Each time I go to Bedd - au........................

Definitely - if he only lasts 20 minutes he can be subbed. Bring him on late in the game and we might end up playing with 10.
In the few minutes he had yesterday I saw enough quality for suggest he will make a big difference for us, if he stays fit.

Seeing the way Rangel is playing it is obvious the club dropped a massive bollock.

Mulder
Rangel MVdH Rodon Olson
Roberts Fer Fulton Grimes
Celina Bony

Few players off the pace

That’s an understatement to say the least

Other than for 10 and 5 minutes at the beginning of each half. Swans were just chasing shadows

Norwich were without a doubt the best footballing side I have watched in the Championship this season

Mixed the short game and the long ball as good as you want to see in football

Yes they are not yet as good as a Man City or Spurs side, but if I was a Noreich supporter, I would be happy with how my side is performing especially that Norwich are a young side as well

Haven’t you been watch the Swans for the last ten years

In all that time it’s been the case that they take too long to get into the box

Far too many passes going back and fore between Swans players, with no bite in the last third of the pitch

Hanging around in the bottom third of any league is not progress

Eventually any club that does that, eventually pay the price

I’ve seen too many games in where the Swans have had something like 65%-73% of possession and still not come away with the 3 points

But there if that’s the football you like watch, then that be it

I suggest you look at the stats again, even when Laudrup was the boss

Somebody looking at some of the Swansea stats and knew nothing about Swansea, would think that’s a one sided game when as it happened Swansea never came away with the three points

That’s when stats can be misleading

I have. But this team haven't got the know how yet. So when it's near the opponents byline, look up and find a man in the area. Not pass back and fore and end up back on the halfway line.
