And good news it is what’s the latest with Dineen and Morgan in terms of their positions at Swansea City

And is Huw “I love Swansea City” Jenkins going to buy himself a season ticket now. If so would you want him to be sitting next to you

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day

What would the consequences be if Huw broke his NDA agreement?

There's no honour among thieves, they'll probably see it as an opportunity for themselves.

As he still owns a fairly substantial share holding, i would imagine he would be a non-paying guest of the club even if he is no longer on the board.

We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know!

Why won’t he be on the Board?

Because he only retains a minority shareholding. The majority shareholders can simply remove him. Just because he's a shareholder, it doesn't give him the right to sit on the board.

The question is, will Huw sell his remaining shares?

Jog on, Kitty...

I believe the policy is that anyone with less than 10% (or was it 5%) shareholding were not entitled to a a seat on the board anymore.

It was stated in the previous court case wasn’t it?

I thought it was 5% if that hasn’t gone. Doesn’t he have 5%?
