For getting 27 countries to agree on something while one country that voted to leave can't get 650 MP's to agree on anything

A very simple reason for that.
This benefits the EU, whereas the 650 MPs are looking after themselves first, their Party second, their constituents third and the country last.

If they don’t agree they face punishment.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

That’s what happens when you have hundreds of traitors who have infested the U.K. parliament.

If only it were that simple, they got a small group of people to agree, the elected leaders of the 27 countries, the Commission and the Presidents. What the people in all those 27 countries think isn't quite so obvious.
Claiming that 450 million people are all in harmony with what the EU is doing is a stretch.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

"Traitors"? A Labour MP was stabbed to death by someone who talked like that.

I'm beginning to wonder if you post your messages from St Petersburg.

What I really don't get are the people who think that this will all be over by October 31st. We then have two years for the transition to finally leave, and then about 10 years to negotiate our trade deals with the EU that will leave us in a weaker position than we are in now.
