This is as bad as that "ask somebody twice if they are ok" shÃt......if you are suffering of mental issues being asked once if you're ok is irksome.

A lot of people will be attending football matches to escape their issues.... They don't want reminding FFS!!!

So you think 'a minute to think' is going to help those guys, and indeed anyone else who suffers from any form of mental illness? This is just a gimmick, just like rainbow laces for 'Gay day' at the football. It does not in any way address people with mental health issues.
And yes, i probably do know best, as someone who nursed in Cefn Coed for 7 1/2 years, and witnessed people from all walks of life seriously struggling with their health to the point of inflicting sometimes horrific suicides upon themselves. A minute to think? Dear god!

I don't think they're claiming it will cure anyone, it's about raising awareness and removing the stigma of talking about having these problems. One glance at this thread would show why these initiatives are needed.
