A lot of positives in there. Refreshing honesty too. Key points I found:
- Birch doesn't want to downgrade the academy at the moment
- Two CBs are carrying "more than niggles"
- Leon and Birch don't talk to the yanks, but Cooper does 1-2 times per week
- End game is to step away from loans, but they will be utilised initially
- Guehi needed next season
- Benda will be in the first team squad next season
- Cooper happy with Grimes as captain
- Cooper spends more time with Celina. The club have decided his best position is on the wing
- Leon says refs have been poor. Cooper thinks we’re seen as "little old Swansea"

Always thought there is a lot of young talent in South Wales that usually goes to England.
Even at 2.5 million a year to run isn’t it worth keeping, if it produces 1 decent player in 4 years you can sell for say 10 million ( not beyond the realms of possibility in today’s inflated market surely) it’s paid for itself. I really hope Tan looks this way for the future instead of buying shiiite like madine for ie. |

A lot of people will naturally be cynical but there's not a lot to argue with. Most things are just basic common sense. If Birch seems non-commital on certain things it's probably because he's not certain. I'd rather see that than bullshit promises. |  |

Whilst I agree there's not a lot to argue with and that "Most things are just basic common sense."
It's all about the reasoning behind it.
Make the club solvent and living within its means, I have no problem with.
