Long Course Triathlon Weekend in Tenby July cancelled. ( to the disgust of entrants they are only giving 50% refunds, which is very poor).

I'm no huge fan of Liverpool but if they didn't;t win the league this year it would be an absolute travesty.
Or, at the other end of the spectrum and at a level I prefer watching, Connahs Quay Nomads have an excellent chance of winning the Cymru Premier and making the Champions League.
The seasons have to be finished somehow.
Play every other day for two-three weeks if necessary - everyone will be in the same boat. |  |

You can be assured that Man City, Tottenham, Arsenal, Brighton, West Ham, Watford, Bournemouth, Aston Villa, and Norwich are the particular PL teams which want it null and void.
The season has to be finished. If the virus is going to be around past August anyway, it makes perfect sense. It would even allow for the scenario that the virus is still around in March 2021. |  |

It's simpler than they are allowing it to look
If the PL cannot finish the season by the end of June, the league will be declared void.
There are too many legal issues, such as player contracts and sponsorship deals, to make the idea of finishing the league after that period, a feasible idea. | |
