If not, then why have a free election where anyone not voting as per the crowd is ridiculed. Any wonder why so many have contempt for labour voters when they read what is on here

I say why bother going to Eaton when with your families (oft spoken about) strong socialist principles, you can get educated at a top public school for free. Of course whilst the policies supported by your families (oft spoken about) strong socialist principles, were depriving the majority of the children around the country the opportunity of going to even an ordinary Grammar school. Although that does, in principle, rather smack of using the pile of humanity, robbed of opportunity that you created, as a ladder to tread on to get to the top, whilst making them pay for your privilege. Although in fairness some countries used to make the families pay for the bullet they executed their loved ones with. So not without precedent

Trouble is no way to store it . Once the dams are full the water flows into rivers like the Severn, Wye and Dee and the English can easily pump it from the rivers. Sometimes I despair at my fellow Welshman who do not think things through. Wales would even loose the abstraction fees the Water companies pay to Dwr Cwmru.

They have invented them but they are very expensive, there are some plants in places with water shortages like in the middle East, North Africa and one in London.

| Tories on 11:17 - Nov 2 with 453 views | exhmrc1 | I agree with allowing Tories to be in elections but then the same applies to all other parties including Corbyn's link with the IRA and other groups. Democracy is exactly that and the behaviour of Trumps supporters is a disgrace as is the fact that Johnson and his cronies cannot face GMTV because they were continually exposed. No doubt if GMTV refuse to give then airtime around the next election they will complain about bias but they have brought it about themselves. | | | |

Costs a fortune and an independent Wales will be able to exploit that.

Fair enough, after all it is our water isn’t it. Not like it just fell from the skies. They may see it as an act if aggression, but any trouble and we will send our army in. We will have an army won’t we Tramps?

So is dying from thirst to those who lose a breadwinner , who keeps the economy working . Where there's will there's a way ,not the best thing to spend your money on but technology is catching up . If water is the only thing this country can offer to the world then we would be doomed as independent nation .Welsh Water said that though the country had a higher rainfall than many parts of the UK, it did not have "excess water resources", especially during hot summers. If more water was to be moved to England, "major investment in new storage" in Wales would be needed. I can't see Westminster contributing to an upgrade on a commodity we would own so where would the money come from the burden on an already poor nation .Who would protect the supply routes into England , the FWA ?

| Tories on 12:43 - Nov 2 with 385 views | onehunglow | The Dee often floods and water escapes everywhere. No country on earth can exist with one resource.Water. England has more than enough reservoirs to feed the big citie.United Utilites network is massive. Bottom line is why hatred of the English should lead a country into oblivion which would be the result of welsh independence. It's never going to happen anyway. It wont in Scotland,no matter what they think. | |

Excellent and if they are daft enough not to buy our water, we will just tunnel under their country and pipe it down the Chunnel to those European countries currently wasting their money on desalination. If they don’t like us tunnelling under their country they can just suck it up Oh on second thoughts they might literally suck it up, plan B methinks We could ship it out (might have to avoid their territorial waters), or pipe it direct to Texas.
