How can he declare he's won with millions of votes still to be counted?
How can he declare voting fraud and accuse the Democrats of "stealing the election" with absolutely no proof?

There was an ex advisor to Obama on the breakfast show today, he always referred to the current POTUS as "Trump" and to Biden as "Vice President Biden" as if he's going to sway voters with that?
These polls in America too, they showed Biden being well ahead and declared this time they hadn't made the mistakes, that these polls are accurate, well that's a pile of nonsense obviously. I'd suggest that maybe pollsters were trying to influence the vote, if Trump supporters could be convinced they'd lose maybe they wonder why bother voting?
