Woodman has been a top class goalie for the Swans, I hope he stays.

Clubs can do what they like. Newcaste would need to return Woodman and Woodman would have to go based on terms. However Woodman could tell Newcaste he wants to stay at Swansea to finish the job and therefore will not agree to go to Arsenal until the summer. This would be a serious set back for Swansea and Woodman knows it. Arsenal can wait.

Looks like if anything happens it will be in the summer, Freddie isn’t too keen to walk away now. However, unlike last season there is a call back clause which you would expect Freddie would be consulted about if it were to happen in the next twelve days or so.
