"There is no one out there" is a false premise. There is all sorts of talent in Africa the West Indies, eastern Europe and the lower leagues in England Scotland and RoI. Work permits are an issue obviously.

Even contracted player in the lower leagues will buy themselves out of contract if they need to to become free agents. Mr Warnock might even agree to letting Brit Assomablonga rip up his contract to rediuce the wage bill.

It’s all getting a bit silly the lengths people are going to try and slate the club and management team.
