According to some. That’s what they want.
Seriously ?

No, I've dissected your monologue and answered in a simple bullet point system to cut through all your nonsense.
- Indeed, i did describe somethings the trust could have done, if they been given the opportunity to, which by way of the breaking a shareholders agreement in one instance they weren't given the chance to.
- Well whether you or the sellouts thought / assumed / guessed etc etc regarding the trust's intentions is not relevant. The sellouts went about their business in not only an underhanded way, but shoddily too. They have no one to blame but themselves.
- Again a dig about the trust's cash holding there in your usual blinkered and slanted way with no awareness of what sort of organisation the trust are and the cash they need to access quickly. Including legally fees resulting from a conspiracy against them.
- Indeed and any normal fan of Swansea City football club should want the supporters trust to have some say in the running of the club. And frankly no fans in their right mind should want an owners own money being put into the club either. Has Huw Jenkins put any of his own money into the club out of interest?
- 'When' they are gone. Oh i see you're coming round the idea that they may actually win the court then and finally taking the QCs words on board then. Well done for facing the facts.
- Not sure why you think they'll never be 'invited back' . There would be no better way for a prospective owner to ingratiate themselves to a skeptical fanbase by cooperating with and including the trust in buying the club?

No one understands your bullet point because of the need to scroll up and down on a frequent basis. You demand your questions be answered but it is not so easy to work out which one you are talking about half the time. I do not do spin rhetoric. "blinkered " "slanted" etc.

My monologues are stand alone and easy to follow on the whole.

The club is currently worrh £60m perhaps more. 21% of 60 is £12.6m. In court the huge fees and commissions they will see £13 -£14m at best.

If they want the money simply put their shares up for sale at £13m and find a buyer.

Didn't you literally commend the bullet point style on another thread recently (another that you somehow managed to twist back to this topic)!?
- haha its a lot of spin. That's extremely obvious how biased you. Its clear you have a personal issue with them.
- easy to understand but a lot of monotonous repetitive waffle that rarely address points made the in the previous post.
- yes if only it was that easy to find a buyer for 21% minority share in a championship club. Its no secret that the trust has been preparing for legal action for some time. Legal action that could result in them selling their shares. If there were any interested parties, they could and would have probably shown in interest in purchasing them by now, which may give the trust the luxury of avoiding legal action. So with that hassle saved, maybe they'd be prepared to take a lower price, but still...... No takers. Its ok anyway, you make it out it'll be a good deal for someone so the Americans should be pleased. Why wouldn't want to increase their holding further! We're a club on the up with exciting youngsters aren't we!?

You have clearly not been on a sales course. You do not sell by waiting for the phone to ring. You get off your backside research and find a buyer. Failing that employ a sales agent.

Levien and co did it. Drummed up Silverstein from nowhere.

Want to sell? Take you partners to court and force them to buy it if you have an angle. Great idea.

- As i say its no secret that their shares have been potentially for sale for a while now.
-
- Yes indeed as the Americans are involved in a variety of sports teams across America past and present, they will have access and exposure to plenty of other rich people like Silverstein. Its a completely different story to a supporters trust of a Welsh championship club run by local volunteers. Incomparable.
- Well yea it's pretty decent business, finding a potential avenue to sell shares at a price more than what they are worth at the present time. Remember the trust had no say when 'partnering' with them.

Amateurs made a big thing about not selling then cried when individuals sold their shares.

Indeed, due to the way it was done. Not only morally wrong but a shareholders agreement was broken in the process.

And has been stated many times and its just common sense, circumstances change strategies. And this is a perfect example. Just because someone held a position one day, it shouldn't be assumed that stance is set in stone indefinitely.

So yes, they have every right to 'cry'.

Just a shame the so called professionals failed to adhere to their side of the contract they entered into with the unpaid 'amateurs'.

And well within their rights to do so.

See previous post explaining why.
