I think he’s ok because the wording around ‘available domestic minutes’ means the total number of minutes his Club played in the domestic season.... so in the Eredivisie it would be 34 x 90 = 3060 (less the amount he was unavailable due to injury)
He had a spell out in Germany and has missed the last 3 games with COVID in Holland.
But what is not clear is the fact he played half a season in a lower band league and half in a higher, and I can’t be bothered to read the ruling on that, especially as he’s not even likely to come anyway 😂
